Microsoft Just Open-Sourced Agent Governance. Here's What That Means for Everyone Else.
On April 2nd, Microsoft dropped the Agent Governance Toolkit — a seven-package, MIT-licensed system that brings runtime security, cryptographic identity, and compliance automation to autonomous AI agents. It covers all 10 OWASP agentic AI risks. It integrates with LangChain, CrewAI, Google ADK, and the OpenAI Agents SDK. And it ships with over 9,500 tests.
